Natural wines from a single vineyard crafted by a family-run Winery for 60 years. Vineyards are on Golden Hills near Smederevo, Serbia. This region has a long history of viticulture since Roman times up to date, and Smederevo wines were recognized as the highest quality premium wines at the Bordeaux World Exhibition in 1882.
Panjkovic Winery has combined careful viticulture with minimal alteration of natural processes in winemaking to preserve the taste of the terroir that has been cherished for centuries.
VINEYARD INFORMATION
Single vineyard, only organic fertilizers used, low yield controlled in winter and spring pruning. A mild climate with cold nights gives a high aroma, nice acidity in phenol ripeness, and plenty of sugar.
