RECOMMENDATION
Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 with extended fermentation in a controlled environment gave a wine with a full-bodied palate, very elegant tanning, and a long, warm finish. A ruby red wine with a slight purple hue. The aroma is dominated by forest fruit notes accompanied by prunes, with a discreet hint of spicy notes at the end. This wine has the potential to age so that it will gain character every year. It goes well with red meat, dishes with truffles, and stronger cheeses (especially goat cheese).
